These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Crave AI mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Crave AI is a behavioral support tool designed to help users reduce or quit vaping through tracking, journaling, AI-powered coaching, and educational content. The App is a wellness aid and is not a medical device or substitute for professional medical advice.
3. Medical Disclaimer
The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The AI coaching feature generates responses based on a language model and may produce inaccurate or incomplete information. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about nicotine cessation, withdrawal management, or any health condition. In case of medical emergency, contact your local emergency services.
4. Subscriptions
The App offers auto-renewing subscriptions managed through the Apple App Store:
Billing. You will be charged the subscription fee disclosed at the point of purchase. Payment is processed by Apple via your Apple ID.
Auto-Renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Cancellation. You can cancel anytime in your Apple ID Subscription Settings: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions.
Refunds. Refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple's refund policy. We cannot issue refunds directly.
Free Trial. If a free trial is offered, the subscription begins automatically at the end of the trial unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
5. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with Apple's App Store Terms of Service and these Terms.
